Prohibited activities

• Illegal activity under applicable local, national, or international law.
• Abuse of network infrastructure, including scanning, probing, or attacks.
• Spam, phishing, or distribution of malware.
• Resale or commercial misuse of the Service without written permission.
• Attempts to bypass safeguards, misuse the Service, or reverse engineer the application.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service to address violations of this policy or to protect the Service, infrastructure, or other users.

Cybershield does not monitor or inspect the content of user traffic to enforce this policy. Enforcement actions are based on operational integrity, abuse reports, or legal requirements where applicable.

Legal compliance

We may comply with valid legal obligations where required by law, consistent with our Privacy Policy and no-logs design.
