Copyright notices and counter-notices.
Cybershield respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid copyright-related notices where required by applicable law.
Cybershield does not host, store, or publish user-generated content. This policy applies only in limited circumstances where Cybershield is legally required to respond to copyright claims.
How to submit a notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed in connection with the Service, please send a written notice to legal@cybershield.io including:
- Your name and contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you believe is infringing and sufficient information to locate it.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
How to submit a counter-notice
If you believe material was identified or restricted as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@cybershield.io including:
- Your name and contact information.
- Identification of the material and its location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the action was taken as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a court of competent jurisdiction, where applicable.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
